Did you see the trailer of For Colored Girls Movie?Tyler Perry is known for mixing the comic and the dramatic in his string of hugely successful movies. This weekend the writer/director/actor (does he ever sleep?) tackles the classic play “For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When the Rainbow Is Enuf,” which has an all-star cast of moms and other incredible actresses such as Phylicia Rashad (forever Mrs. Huxtable to so many of us), Janet Jackson (such an underrated actress), Whoopi Goldbert (I wish she did more acting these days) and Loretta Devine (who makes anything she’s in better).
