Zhou Jiawei won the 100-meter butterfly in a photo finish and 14-year-old Ye Shiwen beat the competition comfortably as China increased its gold medal tally at the Asian Games pool to six.
Zhou won in 51.83 seconds on Sunday night at the Aoti Aquatics Center - a mere 0.02 seconds ahead of Japan's Takuro Fujii. Ye had a winning margin of 4.26 seconds over compatriot Li Xuanxu.
The two golds increased China's lead at the pool over rival Japan, which collected two golds on Saturday.
Olympic champions Kosuke Kitajima from Japan and South Korea's Park Tae-hwan were due in action later Sunday in the men's 50 breaststroke and the men's 200 freestyle finals. Two other golds were to be awarded in the women's 200 backstroke and the women's 4x100 freestyle relay
