Marie Osmond and her brother Donny Osmond will extend their Christmas production, "Donny Osmond & Marie - A Broadway Christmas", at the Marquis Theatre in New York.
The sibling performers have added on an additional 21 performances to their schedule starting from December 9 and ending their run on December 30, reports The Associated Press. The show marks the first time the siblings have shared a Broadway stage and will sing hits and holiday songs with a live band.

Donny and Marie Osmond are both singers and have performed on Broadway separately before. They currently have a show at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

They have released duets together and are known for the song "I'm A Little Bit Country, I'm a Little Bit Rock and Roll", which was featured on their musical variety series, "Donny and Marie", which ran between 1976 and 1979.

Donny Osmond, 52, starred in Andrew Lloyd Weber's biblical musical "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" and played Gaston in Disney's musical "Beauty & The Beast". Marie Osmond, 51, made her Broadway debut in 1997 as Anna in The King and I and played Maria von Trapp in a world tour of The Sound of Music.

Marie Osmond also hit "The Oprah Winfrey Show" stage recently to talk about her son's suicide. In an episode that airs Thursday, Osmond tells Winfrey in a preview for the show, "I've been through some tough things in my life. This is & probably the hardest thing I've been through."

18-year-old son Michael Bryan Blosil jumped to his death from his apartment in downtown Los Angeles last February.

LAS VEGAS – Headliner Urijah Faber, Erik Koch, Cub Swanson and Mackens Semerzier each took home $10,000 post-fight bonus awards for their performances at WEC 52 on Thursday night.

Faber, a heavy favorite in his first fight at bantamweight after dropping down from featherweight, won the promotion's Submission of the Night bonus for his first-round rear naked choke win over Takeya Mizugaki. Because of the angle, it was hard for referee Josh Rosenthal to check Mizugaki's hand to see if he was out and he ultimately had to roll both fighters over to wave off the bout.

WEC general manager Reed Harris said the choice between Faber and his Team Alpha Male teammate Joseph Benavidez for the submission bonus was tough. Benavidez submitted Wagnney Fabiano with a guillotine on the main card. But Faber stepped in and gave Benavidez a nice surprise. "We're gonna just split (the bonus)," Faber said

Koch was the card's Knockout of the Night winner for a TKO of promotional newcomer Francisco Rivera. Koch delivered a kick to the head that dropped Rivera, and he followed it up with a quick strike on the ground to earn the stoppage. Rivera took the fight on short notice after Koch's original opponent, Josh Grispi, was moved into a featherweight title shot against champion Jose Aldo at UFC 125 on Jan. 1.

And the Fight of the Night bonus went to Swanson and Semerzier, who battled back and forth for three rounds in the second bout of the night with a little bit of everything thrown into the works. Ultimately, Swanson won a split decision.

WEC 52 took place at The Pearl at The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. Harris said the show was sold out, though gate numbers were not immediately available. WEC 52 is the second-to-last show for the promotion before merging into the UFC in January.

Film critic and interviewer Gene Shalit has quit the “Today” show. His final appearance was on Thursday's broadcast. Why did he leave? The 40-year veteran of the morning show released a statement to The Hollywood Reporter saying, "It's enough already."
