Charlie Villanueva

The Boston Globe reports: Notorious trash-talker Kevin Garnett might have gone too far with comments directed toward Pistons forward Charlie Villanueva during Tuesday's 109-86 Celtics' win.

According to posts on Villanueva's Twitter page, Garnett called him a cancer patient. Villanueva suffers from alopecia universalis, a disease that prevents him from growing hair (that same disease that afflicts Cubs manager Mike Quade).

"KG called me a cancer patient ... u know how many people died from cancer, and he's tossing it like it's a joke," Villanueva wrote on his Twitter page. "KG talks alot of crap, he's prob never been in a fight, I would love to get in a ring with him, I will expose him."
