Diwali Puja Time 2010 Diwali is an auspicious time for any bid. In the Puranas and scriptures that many of the proposals referred to observe the festival of Deepavali. In 2010, Independence Day Amavasya starts November 5 (Friday) evening and continues until 9:35 November 6, 2010. After this period, South pratipad Kartik begins. The night of Diwali is the most suitable muhurat or to submit bids. Devotees prefer Amavasya auction period.
People have a Lakshmi puja (prayer ceremony) at home. This day is particularly important for the merchant class, and so understanding. Traditionally, this day marked the beginning of the next fiscal year and is still considered to be for some people. In urban India, many companies have been conducted around this time and business houses give a bonus of Independence Day and gifts to their employees on the occasion.
The day of Lakshmi Puja falls, the dark night of Amavasya. The strains of joyous sounds of bells and drums float in the temples as man made use of Goddess Laxmi in a wondrous holy “pouring in” of his heart. Suddenly, the impenetrable darkness is pierced by innumerable rays light for a moment and the next moment a blaze of light descends to earth from heaven as golden perch Lakshmi feet deep in the earth in all her celestial glory amidst songs of Vedic hymns.
